Free UK delivery on orders over £200!
Due to current climate we are unable to ship internationally, including Ireland and UK Islands. If you would like a mirror delivered to an address other than UK, please contact us.
When ordering please give us as much information as possible. For example: If the items can be left with a neighbour or even some directions if the delivery address is difficult to find.
Most of our items available are 'In Stock' but due to many factors we can run out and delivery from our suppliers is 4 - 8 weeks depending on the supplier and availability. If the item is displayed as 'Available to Order' it will be available in the 4 - 8 week bracket and we will confirm availability once we have had confirmation from our supplier.
Delivery - How we ship our Mirrors
For fragile items and mirrors we always use a fragile carrier for orders within the UK.
Due to current climate we are unable to ship internationally, including Ireland and Islands. If you would like a mirror delivered to an address other than UK, please contact us.
UK Deliveries - We use a fragile courier for our fragile UK deliveries. When your order has been confirmed with the courier, we will notify you of the delivery day. Sometimes this can be between 2 days at busy times.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, you may be charged for the second delivery attempt. It is very important to let us know if you are not going to be available during the delivery time provided.
If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (KA, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning and Saturday deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges.
International Deliveries - We use a TNT for our fragile international deliveries. When your order has been confirmed with the courier, we will notify you of the delivery day. International orders have to be crated in a wooden crate which takes time to complete. Please bear with us while we arrange for crating items. Usually this can take around 5-7 working days. Once the shipment is ready for dispatch you will be notified via email with tracking details.
Receiving Your Mirror
When receiving your parcel please check if there is any apparent damage to the outside of the parcel.
**If the contents are damaged, please notify us within 2 days** Otherwise we will be unable to action a claim and you will be left with a broken or damaged item.

Large and Fragile Mirrors |
Large and fragile mirrors are always sent using our fragile carrier. In most cases it may take up to 5-10 working days. Our fragile carrier collects from us on a Monday or Tuesday and delivered to you the same week or the following depending on where you are located. |

We will endeavour to meet all special requests for deliveries however it may not always be possible due to our Courier’s own policies
